Courier Delivery Information

Standard courier deliveries are made by Parcelforce. They must be signed for and standard delivery is for working days (Monday to Friday) only . We are not able to give any indication of the likely time of day as this is a standard parcel service.

Where you have provided us with an email address we will send tracking details so that you can monitor the shipment online. If you provide a mobile phone number at checkout the carriers will also send you SMS updates.

We are happy to deliver to an alternative address where there will be somebody to sign during business hours.

Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland delivery is available only to residential addresses with a "BT" postcode.

Orders using the Northern Ireland delivery option designated to commercial or post restant addresses will be cancelled immediately upon receipt.
